2. Confirm and pay
Please double check that the information you have entered is correct. You can also choose to use our other services which support you at the airport. You can make the transfer by Credit / Debit Card through OnePay/PayPal or pay by Western Union.
3. Receive the approval letter and preparation.
After 1 working day (Urgent Process) or 2 working days (Normal Process) you will:
- Receive our approval letter through email (with the immigration application form at the airport)
- Print out the letter and the application form
- Fill in the immigration application form
- Prepare 2 pictures (4x6cm with white background) and stamping fee ($45 for single entry; $65 for 1 month multi-entry and 95$ for 3 month multi-entry)
- Prepare and bring all the documents above when you travel to Vietnam
4. Get your Visa stamped into the passport.
When arrived at the international airports in Vietnam (in Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City), you need to present all the documents at the immigration counter in the airport when you arrived to Vietnam. After paying the stamping fee, the officer will stamp the visa into your passport.
