Vietnam visa on arrival for Italian:
Step 1: Fill in the related Online Visa Form

Step 2: Confirm and make Online Payment for the Visa
- Double check your information you have filled in the form to make sure the information you are going to submit is correct

Step 3: Get the Vietnam Visa Approval Letter from us:
- The Vietnam Visa will take about working 2-3 days to be issued
- After receiving it by email, print out the letter and bring it when you travel to Vietnam.
- Upon arrival in Vietnam, you need to submit the approval letter, your original passport, 2 passport-sized photo, visa application from and stamping fee which you pay directly to the immigration desk, the immigration officer will stamp the Visa into your passport within a few minutes.
- The Visa on Arrival is highly advised since it will save you time, money and effort to travel to Rome to get your Visa.
Vietnam Visa at Embassy, Consulate of Vietnam in Italy:
If you choose to collect the Visa at Vietnam Embassy in Italy, please write down in email or when you apply that you want to collect the Visa at the Embassy in your country in the special request or email to us directly. Print out the approval letter we send you by email and bring it to the Embassy, after paying stamping fee the Embassy will stamp the Visa to your passport, allow you to enter Vietnam without any question asked.
