Vietnam Visa Extensions

Step 1: Passport and Visa check

 You will have to give us your passport directly, we will have to check some information and then decide whether if your Visa is eligible for an extension or not.

- If your current Vietnam Visa has expired, you can't apply for an extension

- If your passport has less than 6 months of validity, you have to get a new passport first

- If you are under suspect of crime in Vietnam or any other country, you might not extend your Visa

- Your passport has been heavily damaged

If your Visa and passport doesn't include in any situation above, your visa can be extended.

Step 2: Submitting Documents 

We will submit your passport along with the necessary documents on your behalf to the Immigration Office of Vietnam. Your passport and the document will go under an examination by the officers. This process normally take 4-5 days for your Visa to be extended and issued. They will put a new "stamp" in your passport, it will states that you are allowed to stay in Vietnam for another fixed duration and write the dates accordingly.

Step 3: Getting result and payment

After getting your passport from Immigration Department, we will check and deliver to you directly by mailing or in person. After getting your passport back, you can pay us the fee accordingly by then.

Your Visa can be extended as much as 6 months but the immigration office are currently put on a hold on 3 and 6 months extension. So you can only extend your Visa for 1 month without leaving Vietnam.
