Follow these step to get your Visa at Vietnam Embassy in your country:
1. Apply online by our application form for Visa at Embassy
Fill in the exact information required for the applicants
2. Confirm and pay
Please double check that the information you have entered is correct. You can also choose to use our other services which support you at the airport (airport pickup, fast-track immigration, VIP services). You can make the transfer by Credit / Debit Card through OnePay/PayPal or pay by Western Union.
3. Receive the approval letter and preparation.
After 1 working day (Urgent Process) or 2 working days (Normal Process) you will:
- Receive our approval letter through email (with the immigration application form at the airport)
- Print out the letter and the application form
- Fill in the immigration application form
- Prepare 2 pictures (4x6cm with white background) and stamping fee ($45 for single entry; $65 for 1 month multi-entry and 95$ for 3 month multi-entry)
- Prepare all the documents above and bring it to Vietnam Embassy in your country.
4. Get your Visa stamped into the passport.
When arrived at Vietnam Embassy in your country, you need to present all the documents to the officer at the embassy. After paying the stamping fee, the officer will stamp the visa into your passport. Now you are ready to travel to Vietnam.
